Daniel Bell
Since Daniel Bell graduated high school in 1985, he has been active on the road racing circuit. He became a SCCA member in 1985, where he worked as a corner worker/captain in regional, national and pro events. In 2000, he turned his sights to the BMW Car Club of America. He was runner-up in the autocross series the year before he became the 2005 Champion. He was also an instructor in Street Survival and BMW HPDE. This led to a volunteer position with Xtreme Measures, a program developed to teach teen drivers safe driving skills. In 2006, he joined Richard Petty Driving Experience with a focus in their safe driving program. He was a classroom and in-car instructor for the safe driving program, as well as the track operations manager. Outside of the safe driving program, he was an in-car instructor for the Dodge SRT program and support personnel for the NASCAR experience. Currently, he is an HPDE instructor for NASA, a position he has held since 2007.
